Miranda Laperle LMHC
I offer relational therapy with intention.
For the last 15 years, I have built a therapeutic practice and philosophy that is built upon the belief that it is my job to have the right questions, not the right answers. A client’s lived experience is an important piece to the puzzle when we’re working towards growth.
I began my career as a child and family therapist and then transitioned for nearly a decade to work in independent schools as a clinical mental health counselor before moving into private practice.
My work with clients in their early developmental years has given me an enormous amount of insight into how our experiences shape us into adulthood. Add to that an understanding of learning and cognition that I developed during my time in education, and we have a pathway forward to change those patterns we’re so often stuck in.
I ground myself in Relational Therapy because I believe that the relationship with client and therapist is to tool. The therapy relationship is the learning lab where you learn and grow.
If you’re ready for things to feel different, reach out.
